Job Responsibilities

We are looking for detail-oriented MIS and Customer Support Executives to support our business operations through accurate data management, timely reporting, and team coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Update Excel sheets, Google Sheets, and business records accurately.
- Collect and consolidate data from different teams.
- Track performance and prepare summary reports for management.
- Identify and correct missing, duplicate,



or incorrect data.
- Maintain data confidentiality and meet reporting deadlines.

Required Skills

- Working knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Familiarity with VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF, SUMIF, and COUNTIF formulas.
- Valuable data-entry accuracy and attention to detail.
- Basic analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication, coordination, and time-management skills.
