The Team Leader is responsible for managing the daily operations of the assigned hub and ensuring smooth team performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise the team and daily hub operations.
Monitor attendance, productivity, and team performance.
Ensure Call Out Tracker and CMS Attendance Tracker are updated on time.
Monitor delivery operations and resolve daily issues.
Coordinate with Hub Incharge, Cluster Manager, and Operations team.
Follow up on COD collection and ensure timely deposits.
Handle team queries and operational escalations.
Support hiring and onboarding of Delivery Executives when required.
Ensure team members follow company processes and operational guidelines.
Requirements: Positive communication, leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Experience in logistics/last-mile operations is preferred.
