Job Role:

We are looking for a creative and passionate Fashion Designer with 0–2 years of experience who has a strong interest in Indian traditional wear and boutique designing. The candidate should have good design sense, strong communication skills, and the ability to understand customer requirements and convert ideas into beautiful garments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interact with customers to understand their design preferences and requirements

• Create design ideas for Indian ethnic wear such as blouses, lehengas, kurtas, and designer outfits

• Suggest fabrics,



colors, and embroidery styles suitable for the design

• Prepare basic sketches or reference designs for clients

• Coordinate with the tailoring team to ensure proper execution of designs

• Ensure proper fitting and finishing of garments

• Stay updated with the latest fashion trends and design ideas

Requirements:

• 0–2 years experience in fashion designing or boutique work

• Strong interest in Indian traditional and designer wear

• Valuable communication and customer interaction skills

• Creative thinking and eye for detail

• Basic knowledge of fabrics, patterns, and garment construction

• Fashion design diploma/degree preferred but not mandatory.
