Aken Tech Solutions is hiring a Core PHP Developer for our NGO management software platform. The candidate should be able to understand client requirements and translate them into working solutions, with hands-on experience building projects end-to-end and deploying them on live servers.

Key Responsibilities:

Understand client/project requirements and convert them into technical solutions

Design and develop recent modules/features in Core PHP

Build projects from scratch — from planning through to deployment

Deploy projects on live servers and maintain them post-deployment

MySQL database design, queries, and optimization

Frontend integration using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

Debug and fix issues in existing code, and add improvements

Collaborate with the team to ensure timely delivery

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year hands-on experience in Core PHP

Solid knowledge of MySQL database

HTML, CSS, JavaScript/AJAX

Experience gathering requirements and implementing them in real projects

Hands-on experience with project deployment (live server/hosting)

Understanding of MVC architecture and OOP concepts

Git/version control experience (preferred)
