Hiring Commis or Kitchen Helper for Indian or Continental cuisine with previous experience in a restaurant or hotel kitchen.
Responsibilities:
- Basic cutting, chopping and vegetable preparation.
- Basic frying and cooking.
- Assist the senior chefs with daily kitchen work.
- Follow recipes and instructions properly.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.
- Help with stock preparation, storage and cleaning.
- Be willing to learn and take on different kitchen tasks.
Requirements:
- Previous restaurant/hotel kitchen experience is required.
- Must know basic cutting and frying.
- Knowledge of Indian or Continental cuisine is required
- Hardworking, punctual and willing to learn.
