ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

 Overall Management of the Club.

 Recruit Manage and Motivate the entire Club Team to achieve their goals.

 Train Personal Trainers in their respective job duties.

 Assist in developing & maintaining workout programs.

 Maintaining all paperwork regarding personal training schedules &

procedures.

 Responsible for Planning and Executing effective methods to increase

Profitability and Achieve Financial Targets of the club.

 Play an Integral Role in maintaining Highest Level of Skilled

Competence in the Club.

 Ensure Accurate Financial and Sales Reports and Informing to the Corporate.

 Monitor and Control expenses within the allotted budget.

 Set High Standards, Indices, and Benchmarks and offer customers the latest

and the best in the Fitness Industry. Thus exceed Customer Expectations.

 Play an Integral part in the Performance Management of employees and

 Motivate Staff Members and maintain Highest Level of Professionalism in

the Club. Ensure that all staff’s follow center’s procedures and policies.

 Ensure Quality of the Facility like Equipment, Hygiene and Cleanliness are

 Ensure that the customers are given high quality services and assistance

 Offer various fitness programs to suite customer’s specific needs.

 Resolve issues and complaints pertaining to personal training from

customers.

 Monitor if Effective Patrons workouts are prescribed.

 Handle Employee and Customer/Member grievance.

 Follow the Audit Report of the Corporate.

Work Timings :

rotational shifts( 5:00 Am to 1:30pm one week 1:30pm to 10:30pm other week)
