We are looking for an experienced Indian Cuisine CDP / Head Chef who is confident in preparing both North Indian and Bengali cuisine. The chef will be responsible for managing the kitchen, maintaining food quality and hygiene, preparing dishes as per recipes and standards, and coordinating with the kitchen team.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and oversee North Indian and Bengali dishes. Make gravy base.
- Manage daily kitchen operations and coordinate with kitchen staff.
- Maintain consistency in taste, portion size and presentation.
- Ensure proper food hygiene, cleanliness and storage.
- Check stock and communicate ingredient requirements.
- Train and guide junior kitchen staff when required.
- Handle kitchen work independently during busy hours.
Experience: Prior experience as a CDP / Senior Chef is MUST NEEDED.
Location: Dum Dum Cantonment, Kolkata. Staff Room & meals provided.
