Key Responsibilities

• Make a minimum of 100 warm calls daily to prospective customers.

• Generate, manage, and follow up on 50+ Hot Leads every month.

• Understand customer requirements, budget, preferred location, and property needs.

• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective buyers through calls and WhatsApp.

• Schedule and coordinate property/site visits for qualified customers.

• Present and explain property projects, specifications, pricing, and payment plans.

• Handle customer queries and objections professionally and work towards converting leads into sales.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, site visits, and conversions.

• Achieve assigned monthly sales and revenue targets.

• Coordinate with the Sales Manager and team members for smooth lead handling and closures.

• Build and maintain robust relationships with prospective and existing clients.
