We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with customers, explaining car loan products, generating leads, and converting leads into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers.
- Explain car loan products, eligibility, and process.
- Generate and manage sales leads through calls.
- Follow up with customers and maintain regular communication.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the internal team for smooth loan processing.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.

Requirements

- Positive communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
