Plant Supervisor – Female

Location: Sahnewal - Dehlon Road, Ludhiana, Punjab

About the Role:

We are looking for a responsible and organized Female Plant Supervisor to manage the day-to-day operations of our manufacturing unit.

The ideal candidate should be good at handling people, managing stock, coordinating dispatches and maintaining records. This is a hands-on role for someone who can take responsibility and ensure that daily plant operations run smoothly.

The role also offers an opportunity to learn and grow under the guidance of a female leader with professional experience at Google.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily dispatches, loading and deliveries
- Maintain accurate stock records and monitor inventory
- Coordinate and manage labour/workers and allocate daily work
- Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely completion of orders
- Prepare bills, invoices and basic documentation
- Follow up with customers for pending payments
- Maintain records of orders, dispatches, stock and payments




- Coordinate between the plant, sales and office teams
- Ensure proper organization and discipline at the plant
- Identify and resolve day-to-day operational issues

What We Are Looking For:

- Female candidate with a responsible and proactive approach
- 2–3 years of experience in plant, factory, warehouse, dispatch or operations preferred
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Basic computer knowledge – Excel/Google Sheets
- Ability to handle workers and get work completed on time
- Good organizational and record-keeping skills
