- Service Advisor – Royal EnfieldHandle customer queries and understand service/repair requirements.
- Prepare job cards, estimates, and invoices.
- Coordinate with technicians for timely vehicle servicing.
- Explain repairs, costs, and additional work to customers.
- Provide service updates and ensure timely delivery.
- Handle complaints and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Follow Royal Enfield service standards and processes.
- Qualification: Diploma/ITI/Graduate; automobile experience preferred.
- Experience: 1–3 years in two-wheeler/automobile service preferred.
