- Manage day-to-day service and workshop operations.
- Lead, motivate and monitor Service Advisors, Technicians and workshop staff.
- Ensure timely and quality completion of vehicle servicing and repairs.
- Monitor workshop productivity, service targets and customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Ensure proper vehicle diagnosis and repair as per company standards.
- Monitor service bookings, job cards, billing and vehicle deliveries.
- Coordinate with the spare parts team for smooth service operations.




- Ensure workshop cleanliness, safety and process compliance.
- Track service revenue, productivity and overall operational performance.
- Prepare service performance reports and provide regular updates to management.
