- Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) calls to resolve customer queries related to medical billing, insurance claims, and payment processing.
- Ensure accurate claim coding and submission in compliance with CMS guidelines and CMS-1500 requirements.
- Utilize UB-04 software for effective and accurate AR calling and billing-related activities.
- Manage physician billing processes for hospital services provided by physicians.
- Analyze and resolve claim denials by identifying root causes, submitting appeals, and implementing appropriate corrective actions.
- Follow up on outstanding claims and payments to support timely reimbursement and reduce accounts receivable balances.
