Candidate Expectations:

- Minimum 15 years of total professional experience.
- At least 10 years in a process excellence / operational excellence / continuous improvement role.
- Deep expertise in Lean Six Sigma, process reengineering, and transformation methodologies.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale improvement programs with measurable business impact.
- Robust leadership, stakeholder management, and team development capabilities.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Effective communication and executive-level presentation skills.
- Experience in life sciences / pharmacovigilance / regulatoryoperations and in driving automation and digital transformation is preferred.

Detailed Job Description:

- Define and own the enterprise-wide process excellence strategy, roadmap, and governance framework aligned to organizational and client delivery goals.
- Lead and mentor a team of Master Black Belts, Black Belts, Green Belts, and process improvement practitioners,



building continuous improvement capability across the organization.
- Identify, prioritize, and drive high-impact transformation and improvement projects that deliver quantifiable savings, quality, productivity, and compliance gains.
- Deploy Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies across PV/RA functions and client-aligned delivery teams.
- Establish and track key performance metrics, dashboards, and benchmarking to measure process maturity and business outcomes.
- Partner with senior stakeholders and clients on operational reviews, transformation opportunities, and value realization.
- Drive automation, digitization, and process reengineering opportunities in collaboration with technology and delivery teams.
- Institutionalize a culture of continuous improvement through training, certification programs, and change management.
- Ensure adherence to defined process frameworks, quality standards, and regulatory audit and compliance requirements.
