Role & responsibilities
Implement and monitor safety policies and procedures in compliance with local, state, and national rules and regulations including Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA).
Conduct regular safety audits/weekly fortnight monthly safety meeting and inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
Develop and conduct safety training programs for employees.
Investigate accidents and incidents to determine causes and implement preventive & corrective measures.
Maintain records of safety-related audits such as OSHAS, IATF etc and review ERP (Emergency response plan).
Preferred candidate profile
Having Knowledge of OSHA regulations, risk assessment, emergency response planning, safety audits.
First Aid Certification, Fire Safety Training, Proficiency in safety management software.
