Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement scalable Windchill solutions, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with product management, engineering, and operations to gather requirements and define system architecture.
- Conduct system assessments and provide recommendations for improvements to existing PLM implementations.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and user manuals.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers and architects.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in PLM and Windchill systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Windchill applications.
- Engage with stakeholders to ensure alignment of technical solutions with business goals.

Skills and Tools Required:
- Extensive experience with PTC Windchill,



including architecture, configuration, and customization.
- Strong understanding of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) concepts and practices.
- Proficient in programming languages such as Java, XML, and SQL.
- Experience with Windchill APIs and web services for integration with other systems.
- Knowledge of database management systems, particularly Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies and deployment models.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
