# About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and hands-on Technical Lead to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate should have robust experience in full stack development, cloud technologies, DevOps practices, and customer-facing engagements with US-based clients.

This role requires a strong technical leader who can architect solutions, mentor engineers, manage deliveries, and actively contribute to development and operational activities. Candidates with experience in IoT-based systems and distributed architectures will be preferred.

# Key Responsibilities

* Lead and mentor a team of 5+ engineers
* Work closely with US-based customers to understand business requirements and provide technical solutions
* Drive end-to-end delivery of scalable and high-performance applications
* Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications and backend services
* Develop scalable APIs and microservices using Golang and Python
* Develop and maintain frontend applications using React
* Design and implement high-performance communication services using gRPC
* Work on IoT-based platforms, device integrations, and real-time data processing systems
* Work extensively with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services
* Design and optimize complex queries in BigQuery
* Implement monitoring and observability solutions using Prometheus
* Handle DevOps activities including CI/CD, deployments, infrastructure monitoring, and production support
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, DevOps, and Customer Success
* Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical decision-making
* Ensure application reliability, scalability, security, and performance optimization

# Required Skills & Qualifications

## Technical Skills





* Strong experience in Full Stack Development
* Hands-on experience with frontend development using React
* Proficiency in:

* Golang
* Python
* React.js
* Strong understanding and hands-on experience with gRPC
* Strong experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
* Hands-on expertise in:

* BigQuery
* Writing and optimizing complex SQL queries
* Experience with Prometheus and monitoring systems
* Strong understanding of DevOps concepts and practices
* Experience with:

* CI/CD pipelines
* Docker
* Kubernetes
* Infrastructure deployments
* Monitoring and logging tools

## Leadership & Communication

* Experience leading teams of at least 5 engineers
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* Proven experience working with US-based customers/clients
* Ability to drive technical discussions and solution architecture

# Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working on IoT platforms and connected device ecosystems
* Experience with microservices architecture
* Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred)
* Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
* Exposure to production support and incident management
* Familiarity with scalable cloud-native applications
