ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a high-achieving, tech-savvy professional to serve as a critical link between our customers and our engineering team. This role is perfect for someone with practical, real-world experience in C# and .NET who excels at proactive client engagement and technical troubleshooting. Building on your foundational year in the industry, you will act as our "first line of defense," responsible for speaking directly with customers to resolve issues and diving into the codebase to perform first-level debugging and development.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

First-Level Development & Debugging

- Code Investigation: Apply your existing C#, .NET Core, and ASP.NET Web API knowledge to reproduce bugs in development environments and identify root causes in the source code.
- Database Troubleshooting: Utilize SQL Server (T-SQL) to verify data in the backend and resolve database-related issues.
- Application Monitoring: Actively monitor application performance and assist in debugging issues across staging and production environments.
- Documentation: Effectively document complex bugs in tracking tools (like Jira or Zoho) and update help center articles or FAQs to promote customer self-service.

Technical Support & Customer Engagement

- Multi-Channel Support: Efficiently manage incoming customer inquiries via Email, Live Chat, and Phone, leveraging your prior customer-facing experience with speed and professionalism.
- Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot technical issues by identifying root causes and providing clear, step-by-step solutions to users.
- Onboarding & Training: Guide new users through the setup process and educate them on key features of our RFID and IoT platforms.




- Voice of the Customer: Gather and categorize customer feedback and feature requests to provide actionable insights for the Product and Engineering teams.

REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS

- Experience: 0-1 year of hands-on qualified experience in software development or technical customer support within a SaaS environment.
- Technical Foundation: Applied, real-world knowledge of C#, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), and relational database concepts.
- Tools: Demonstrated proficiency with helpdesk software (Zoho/Zendesk), bug tracking tools (Jira), and API testing (Postman).
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, accessible language for clients.
- Education: Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related technical discipline.
- Location: Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Gurugram, Haryana as per business requirements.
- Working Hours: Must be open to working flexible shifts to accommodate business requirements and support our global customer base.

YOU WILL STAND OUT IF YOU HAVE

- A practical understanding of Web Technologies (HTML, CSS, Chrome Developer Tools) for browser-level troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure services (App Services, Azure Functions) or an Azure certification (AZ-900/AZ-204).
- An active interest in IoT, RFID technology, or AI/Machine Learning.
