We are looking for a strategic and result-oriented sales professional who can manage, nurture, and grow high-value corporate and commercial accounts while ensuring exceptional Integrated Pest Management (IPM) solutions and strong commercial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Acquire new corporate and commercial customers and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Identify and target high-potential accounts across key industries and convert prospects into long-term customers.
- Manage and expand relationships with major corporate and commercial clients.
- Drive revenue growth through cross-selling,



up-selling, and customized pest management solutions.
- Develop account-wise business plans to achieve revenue, profitability, current customer acquisition, and growth objectives.
- Ensure timely invoicing, resolve billing issues, and proactively follow up for collections.
- Own DSO and receivables performance for assigned accounts and ensure collections are within agreed credit terms.
- Work closely with finance and operations teams to resolve disputes, deductions, credit notes, and other collection-related issues.
- Resolve high-level client escalations promptly and effectively.
- Maintain accurate sales pipelines, account forecasts, collection plans, and regular management updates.
