Qualification: Minimum 15 years education, Bachelor s degree, MBA or equivalent from a reputed institution.

Detailed Job Description

- Strong experience in Accounts Receivable and Order-to-Cash operations.
- Proven experience managing operational teams (40+ FTE preferred).
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management experience.
- Expertise in Accounts Receivable processes.
- Solid analytical, governance, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience driving automation and process transformation initiatives.
- Working knowledge of ERP platforms such as Oracle, EPM, APRO.
- Ability to manage global stakeholders across geographies.

Responsibilities:

- Own service delivery across Accounts Receivable processes.




- Drive achievement of SLA/KPI targets and AR metrics including DSO, aging, and cash application accuracy.
- Act as the primary operational interface for client stakeholders and delivery leadership.
- Manage teams with focus on productivity, quality, retention, and capability building.
- Lead governance reviews, operational reporting, and escalation management.
- Drive automation, process improvements, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with contractual, financial, and operational commitments.
- Partner with internal and client stakeholders to improve end-to-end Order-to-Cash performance.
- Support transitions, process expansions, and transformation initiatives.
