- 6+ years of experience post MBA / PGDM.
- Training and Development / Learning and Development (L&D;), HR Operations, Content Creation, Performance Management, Program Management.
- Experience in Instructional Designing.




- Training and Analysis, Succession Planning
- Delivery and execution of Training Program.
- Employee Engagement experience. Accountabilities Support COE Head in determining Talent Review Guideline.
- Prepare Talent related MIS and Project Management report
- Periodical review and monitor progress of Organization wide Succession Planning program and document.
- Development Identification and Individual development plan.
- Other Specific Remarks / Additional Requirements - General shift, Every Month 1st Saturday and 3rd Saturday working.
