About the Role

We are looking for a high-potential professional to support business performance, financial planning, and strategic initiatives across the retail business. The role will work closely with senior stakeholders to drive revenue optimization, cost efficiency, and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze revenue streams and identify opportunities for revenue maximization and margin improvement.
- Conduct cost management and profitability analysis across business functions.
- Prepare business performance reports and dashboards for senior management.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Develop financial models to evaluate business opportunities and strategic initiatives.
- Partner with cross-functional teams on business improvement projects.
- Create impactful presentations and management reports using Excel and PowerPoint.

Qualification & Experience

- BMS/BBA from a reputed college with 3-5 years of experience, OR
- MBA (Tier 2 institute) with 1-3 years of experience, OR
- CA with 1-2 years of experience; Big 4 experience preferred.
