Job Summary:

We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Showroom Manager to oversee operations, lead the sales team, and ensure a superior customer experience in our mattressshowroom. The ideal candidate will manage daily operations, drive sales, and maintain showroom standards while building strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily showroom operations, including inventory, displays, and staff schedules
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to meet or exceed targets
- Monitorsales performance and implementstrategiesto improve revenue
- Assist customersin choosing mattresses and sleep solutionsthat fit their needs
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and specialrequests professionally
- Ensure showroom is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times
- Track stock levels and coordinate with warehouse/logisticsfor timely replenishment
- Implement promotional campaigns and seasonal sales strategies
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records in CRM systems
- Provide regular reportsto senior management on sales, performance, and showroom activities Additional Responsibilities: Educate customers about mattressfeatures, materials, warranty,



and care tips
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities(pillows, accessories, beds)
- Collect customer feedback to improve products and services
- Follow up post-sale to ensure customersatisfaction and repeat business
- Coordinate with marketing team for in-store events, demos, or campaigns
- Required Skills & Qualifications: Graduate in any discipline (Sales/Marketing preferred)
- 58 years of experience in retail management, preferably in furniture, home, or mattress sales
- Robust leadership and team managementskills
- Excellent communication and interpersonalskills
- Target-driven, problem-solving mindset
- Comfortable with CRM tools and MS Office
