Role & responsibilities

- Manage E-commerce Accounts Receivable, collections, ageing, and partner reconciliations.
- Reconcile sales, returns, payments, settlements, commissions, claims, and deductions.
- Handle disputes, excess deductions, penalties, LIT cases, and marketplace claims.
- Coordinate with E-commerce partners, Warehouse, Logistics, Finance, and Business teams for timely closure.
- Track returns, outstanding claims, and recoveries and ensure proper accounting.
- Prepare MIS reports and partner-wise reconciliation/ageing reports.
- Ensure accurate ERP posting and settlement accounting.
- Use Advanced Excel for reconciliation, analysis, and reporting.

Preferred candidate profile

The role is responsible for managing end-to-end Accounts Receivable operations for E-commerce channels, ensuring accurate reconciliation of partner settlements, timely closure of disputes, recovery of claims, monitoring returns, and safeguarding company revenue through strict compliance with marketplace agreements and commercial terms.
