Experience: 4 to 10 Years
Role: Senior Engineer NPD
Reporting To: Manager

Key Responsibilities

Manage new product development activities from concept to production launch
Coordinate with cross-functional teams for successful project execution
Prepare and review technical drawings using AutoCAD
Develop and maintain APQP documentation for new projects
Coordinate PPAP activities and ensure timely submission to customers
Participate in DFMEA/PFMEA and identify potential risks during product development
Support prototype development, trials, validation, and production implementation
Prepare process flow diagrams, control plans,



and technical documentation
Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams for technical requirements
Ensure project timelines, quality requirements, and customer specifications are met
Support continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives

Desired Skills

Strong knowledge of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, and 8D
AutoCAD experience is mandatory
Knowledge of IATF 16949 and ISO standards
Positive understanding of manufacturing processes and product development
Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
Experience in the automotive/manufacturing industry preferred
