Job Description

We are urgently hiring a Pre-Operations / Site Operations Civil for the Pune Zone. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented candidate with a Civil Engineering background who can handle site supervision, project coordination, and operational activities while ensuring smooth project execution.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Handle day-to-day site supervision and operational activities.
- Read and interpret engineering/civil drawings for execution purposes.
- Coordinate with project teams, contractors, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress and ensure work execution as per drawings and timelines.
- Coordinate manpower and material requirements at site.
- Maintain project reports and documentation.
- Track and resolve site issues for seamless project execution.




- Ensure quality standards and project requirements are maintained.

Required Skills:

- Drawing reading and interpretation

- Civil engineering knowledge
- MS Excel and AutoCAD knowledge
- Communication and stakeholder management
- Documentation and reporting skills

Candidate Profile:

- B.E/B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Mandatory)
- Freshers or candidates with 2-4 years of experience can apply
- Site operations/project coordination experience preferred
- Solid coordination and execution skills
- Willingness to travel within the Pune Zone if required
