Role & responsibilities
Lead and manage end-to-end product development projects from concept to production. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, manufacturing, quality, and procurement.
Develop and validate sheet metal parts press tooling designs using CAD tools (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD). Create and review technical drawings, BOMs, and specifications. Valuable Exposer of stamping process.
Conduct feasibility studies, material selection, and cost analysis. Support prototyping, testing, and design iterations to meet performance and quality standards.
Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and customer requirements. Drive continuous improvement in product design and development processes.
