Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design and develop architectural designs, working drawings, and details for residential projects using software such as Autocad, SketchUp, and 3DS Max.
- Collaborate with engineers to ensure compliance with structural requirements and building codes.
- Prepare construction documents including specifications, schedules, and estimates for high-rise buildings.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress of ongoing projects.
Job Requirements :
- 4-6 years of experience in architecture or related field.
- Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3DS Max, ETABS, STAAD Pro.
- Solid understanding of architectural design principles and building codes.
