Key Responsibilities:

- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, social media, and other platforms.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial telephonic/HR screening interviews.
- Coordinate candidate interviews with clients.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Assist the HR team in achieving daily hiring targets.

Requirements:

- Any Graduate / Undergraduate pursuing final year.
- Freshers Female are welcome
- Good communication skills in English
- Immediate joiners preferred.
