Key Responsibilities

- Develop and grow sales of Gearbox Gear Motor products.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate industrial sales leads.




- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable power transmission solutions.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close orders.
- Build strong relationships with OEMs, machine builders, and channel partners.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order execution and after-sales support.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and submit regular sales reports.

Required Skills

- Experience in Gearbox, Gear Motor, or industrial product sales.
- Robust understanding of power transmission systems and industrial applications.
- Excellent presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel for customer visits across Gujarat and nearby regions.
