We are looking for motivated professionals to join our growing US Healthcare RCM team as a Process Associate – Dental AR.

*Job Role*





The *Process Associate – Dental AR* will be responsible for managing US dental accounts receivable, following up with insurance companies on outstanding dental claims, resolving claim-related issues, and ensuring timely reimbursement for dental services.

*Key Responsibilities*

* Handle pending, denied, rejected, and underpaid dental claims.

* Check claim status and resolve payment-related issues.

* Review EOBs/ERAs and identify payment discrepancies.

* Work on dental AR accounts based on aging and priority.

* Maintain accurate records of claim follow-ups and account updates.

* Coordinate with internal teams to resolve claim-related issues.

* Escalate complex issues when required.

* Meet daily productivity, quality, and accuracy targets.

* Maintain patient information confidentiality and follow HIPAA/compliance guidelines.
