Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead plant and corporate finance operations.
2. Budgeting, forecasting, FP&A; and variance analysis.
3. Product/process costing, profitability and cost control.
4. CAPEX, project accounting and plant finance.
5. Working capital, cash flow, banking, LC/BG and treasury.
6. MIS, P&L;, financial reporting and management dashboards.
7. GST, TDS, income tax, audit and statutory compliance.
8. SAP FICO/ERP and advanced Excel.
9. Manage finance team and coordinate with auditors, banks and business teams.
Preferred Industry: Chemical / Specialty Chemical / Petrochemical / Agrochemical / API / Pharma / Manufacturing.
Must Have: Solid plant finance + costing + budgeting + compliance + team leadership experience.
