Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth in the solar industry, focusing on commercial projects.
- Manage client relationships, identifying recent opportunities and developing proposals to meet their needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions for clients, including battery energy storage systems (BESS) and renewable energy projects.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business development decisions.
Job Requirements :
- 8-12 years of experience in a similar role within the engineering & construction industry.
- Strong understanding of control & instrumentation, solar PV, solar power, and BESS technologies.
- Proven track record of successful client engagement and relationship management.
