Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 4+ years of relevant accounting experience Mandatory
- Strong working knowledge of Tally Mandatory
- Good knowledge of MS Excel Mandatory
- Good knowledge of MS Word Mandatory
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and financial transactions
- Practical knowledge of banking activities and day-to-day bank-related work
- Experience in cheque preparation, cheque deposits, bank deposits, and payment processing
- Positive knowledge of Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) and bank statement verification
- Knowledge of GST & TDS will be an added advantage
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Ability to meet deadlines and maintain proper financial records

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting and financial transactions
- Maintain books of accounts, ledgers, and financial records
- Handle invoices, vouchers, bills, receipts, and accounting entries
- Perform bank and account reconciliations on a regular basis
- Handle routine banking activities and bank-related documentation




- Prepare and deposit cheques and cash into bank accounts
- Prepare bank deposit slips and maintain proper records of deposits
- Handle online bank transactions, fund transfers, and payment processing
- Follow up on cheque clearance, returned/bounced cheques, and other banking issues
- Maintain and update bank books and bank transaction records
- Verify bank statements and reconcile transactions with books of accounts
- Prepare accounting reports, MIS, and other financial statements
- Assist in GST, TDS, and other accounting-related compliances
- Maintain proper documentation, vouchers, bills, and financial records
- Coordinate with banks, vendors, and internal departments for accounting and payment-related matters
- Support audit-related requirements and provide necessary documents and records
- Ensure all accounting and banking transactions are recorded accurately and on time
- Maintain confidentiality of financial and company-related information
