Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Copywriter with 13 years of experience in digital marketing. The ideal candidate should have a flair for writing engaging, persuasive, and brand-focused content across various digital platforms. You will work closely with the Creative, Design, and Performance Marketing teams to develop compelling content that drives engagement, leads, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

- Write engaging and conversion-focused copy for social media, websites, landing pages, blogs, email campaigns, and digital advertisements.
- Create creative captions, headlines, taglines, scripts, and call-to-action (CTA) content for marketing campaigns.
- Develop content for Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital platforms.
- Collaborate with graphic designers, video editors, and marketing executives to create impactful campaigns.
- Conduct basic keyword research and write SEO-friendly website and blog content.
- Proofread and edit content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
- Adapt writing style to suit different brands, target audiences, and campaign objectives.
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends, social media best practices, and emerging content formats.
- Manage multiple content projects while meeting deadlines.

Required Skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (knowledge of Hindi and Bengali is an advantage).
- Strong creative writing and storytelling skills.




- Experience writing for social media, digital ads, websites, blogs, and email marketing.
- Basic understanding of SEO and content optimization.
- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and social media platforms.
- Strong proofreading and editing skills.
- Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar platforms for content ideation and productivity.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
- 13 years of experience as a Copywriter, Content Writer, or Digital Marketing Copywriter.
- Portfolio or writing samples showcasing digital marketing content is preferred.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in a Digital Marketing Agency or Corporate Marketing team.
- Basic knowledge of WordPress or other CMS platforms.
- Understanding of branding, consumer behavior, and content strategy.
- Basic knowledge of Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is an added advantage.
