Role & responsibilities

- Service Delivery Management: Oversee the service delivery team to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of tax services related to Pillar 2 compliance and advisory.
- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for the Leadership team and Local MFs, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
- Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities, leveraging your expertise in Pillar 2 and global tax regulations to expand our client base.
- Project Management: Lead and manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
- Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and support to the team on complex tax issues, particularly those related to Pillar 2.
- Compliance and Risk Management:



Ensure compliance with all relevant tax regulations and manage risks associated with tax advisory and compliance services.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and skilled growth.

Preferred candidate profile

- Understanding international and local tax requirements as well as US or Local GAAP and IFRS framework and ability to research technical topics efficiently and effectively.
- Ability to research, read, comprehend and critically examine new tax pronouncements in order to have an informed point of view is a MUST
- Demonstrated ability to learn and succeed in a fast-paced environment.
