Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage a team of insurance Branch Manager / area manger to achieve sales targets and expand the agency's customer base.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to increase revenue growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive business development and retention.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to identify opportunities for improvement.
Job Requirements :
- 12-30 years of experience in the insurance industry or related field.
- Proven track record of success in managing teams or leading organizations.
- Solid understanding of APC (Agency Channel), IM (Insurance Management) systems.
