Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, test, deploy and maintain ITSM solutions on ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and implement changes using ServiceNow tools.
- Develop custom workflows, business rules, and integrations to automate IT processes and improve efficiency.
- Troubleshoot issues related to ITSM implementation, configuration, or data migration.
Job Requirements :
- 6-8 years of experience in ITSM development with expertise in ServiceNow platform.
- Strong understanding of ITIL v3/4 framework and its application in an IT service setting.
- Proficiency in developing custom modules, workflows, business rules, integrations using ServiceNow development tools (e.g., scripting languages).
- Experience working with various integration technologies such as REST APIs, web services etc.
