Globiva is looking for an experienced Process Trainer

to join our team in Kolkata - Salt lake Sector V

- Position: Process Trainer

Requirements:

- Conduct product and process training for new hired batches
- Create training modules, SOPs, and process documents
- Monitor trainee progress through assessment, Quiz and calls audit
- Collaborate with operations and quality teams to identify training gaps and design targeted,improvement plans
- Own the training of product and process for recent hires.
- Conduct audits and provide comprehensive feedback.
- Monitor trainee progress through assessment, calls audit, and live simulations
- Identify training gaps or engagement issue that may contribute to early attrition and address them
- Soft Skills and Communication Training
- Collaborate with operations and quality teams to identify training gaps and design targeted improvement plans

Minimum 1 year of on-paper experience as a Trainer Sales experience is mandatory
