Salary:

- Freshers: Up to 15,000 CTC per month
- Experienced Candidates: Up to 24,000 CTC per month

Job Responsibilities:

- Handle customer queries and provide accurate and timely resolutions.
- Manage customer interactions professionally over calls and other assigned communication channels.
- Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality.

Candidate Requirements:

- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle customers professionally and patiently.
- Basic computer knowledge is required.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts.




- Candidates should be comfortable with 6 days working.
- Ability to work effectively in a quick-paced environment.

Working Schedule:

- 6 Days Working
- Rotational Shifts
- 1 Weekly Off
