- 38 years of mechanical maintenance experience, preferably in dry-mix, cement-based products,
chemicals or a process manufacturing plant.
- Rotating equipment expertise — hands-on with mixers, gearboxes, bearings, shafts, seals, couplings and
material-handling systems.
- Working knowledge of pneumatics, compressors, and mechanical alignment; welding and fabrication
ability.
- Ability to read mechanical drawings and carry out planned and breakdown maintenance independently.
- Understanding of maintenance safety practices (LOTO, work permits) in an industrial environment.
- Willing to work in shifts and respond to breakdowns as required, based at the Coimbatore factory.
- Reliable, hands-on and methodical, with positive record-keeping discipline.
