- Job ResponsibilitiesHandle end-to-end recruitment for multiple clients and job openings.
- Source candidates through Naukri, Apna, LinkedIn, job portals and other channels.
- Screen candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR screening and schedule interviews.
- Coordinate with candidates and clients throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interviews, offers and joining.
- Achieve daily and monthly recruitment targets.
- RequirementsFreshers with good communication skills can apply.




- 6 months–2 years of recruitment experience preferred.
- Positive English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working with recruitment targets.
- Basic knowledge of job portals and candidate sourcing.
- Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
