- Key ResponsibilitiesPerform routine laboratory testing and sample processing as per SOPs.
- Receive, identify, label and process patient samples accurately.
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment as per defined procedures.
- Perform tests in areas such as Biochemistry, Hematology, Clinical Pathology, Serology and other relevant sections, based on qualification and laboratory requirements.
- Ensure proper sample handling, storage and disposal.
- Maintain accurate records of testing, QC and sample processing.
- Perform internal quality control and report any deviations immediately.
- Follow all laboratory safety, infection-control and biomedical-waste management protocols.
- Coordinate with the reporting, logistics and operations teams for smooth sample movement and timely reporting.
- Identify and escalate abnormal, inadequate or rejected samples according to SOP.
- Maintain cleanliness and discipline within the laboratory.
- Support calibration, preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of laboratory equipment.
- Participate in audits, quality improvement initiatives and training programs.
- Ensure compliance with Labridge's quality and operational standards.
- Who We Are Looking ForQualification: DMLT / BMLT / B.Sc. MLT or relevant laboratory qualification.
- Experience: 0–5 years in a pathology/diagnostic laboratory.

- Ability to work accurately under time-sensitive conditions.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work in shifts, wherever required.
