We are looking for a responsible and organized Inventory & Logistics Associate to manage day-to-day inventory, stock movement, order dispatch, and logistics coordination.

The person will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock records and ensuring smooth movement of goods from inventory to customers.

- Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain accurate inventory and stock records.
- Handle inward and outward stock entries.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile differences.
- Prepare and manage goods for packing and dispatch.
- Coordinate with courier, transport and logistics partners for shipments.
- Maintain records of dispatches, deliveries and pending shipments.
- Coordinate stock movement between warehouse/office locations.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling and organization of products.
- Update inventory records in Excel/software on a daily basis.
- Coordinate with Sales,



Purchase and Operations teams regarding stock availability and dispatches.
- Follow up on shipments and resolve basic delivery/logistics issues.
- Maintain proper documentation related to inventory and logistics.
- Candidate Requirements: 6 months to 2 years of experience in Inventory, Warehouse, Store or Logistics Operations preferred.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
- Valuable numerical and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to maintain stock accurately and systematically.
- Responsible, punctual and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable with physical stock checking and warehouse-related work.
- Basic communication and coordination skills.

Preferred: Candidates with experience in e-commerce, wholesale, trading, warehouse or distribution companies.
