Job Responsibilities

- Handle and manage leads received through IndiaMART and Justdial.
- Contact potential customers through phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Understand customer requirements and explain company products/services.
- Generate new business opportunities through online leads.
- Follow up with interested and potential customers regularly.
- Maintain proper records of leads, customer details, and follow-ups.
- Schedule meetings or demos with interested clients.
- Coordinate with the sales/team members for further conversion.
- Achieve monthly lead generation and sales targets.
- Maintain a professional relationship with existing and potential customers.

Required Skills





- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of IndiaMART and Justdial.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to handle customer calls professionally.
- Good follow-up and lead management skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Qualifications

- Minimum Graduate.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel will be an advantage.

Working Hours

- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM
- Lunch Break: 30 Minuts
- Weekly Off: Sunday

Salary

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month(1 year + Experience)

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month(2 year + Experience)
