About the Role

We are looking for a smart, responsible and highly organized Business Executive who can work closely with the Founder and take ownership of important business activities.

This is a business strategy, planning and execution-oriented role, not a routine sales or telecalling position.

The candidate will assist in planning business goals, preparing strategies, coordinating execution, tracking progress and maintaining business reports and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Business Strategy & Planning

Assist the Founder in developing business plans and growth strategies.

Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly goals and action plans.

Conduct market, competitor and product research.

Identify new business opportunities, products and growth channels.

Convert business ideas into practical execution plans.

Execution & Follow-up

Track planned activities and ensure tasks are completed on time.

Coordinate with team members and follow up on pending work.

Maintain weekly progress and performance reports.

Identify delays/problems and bring them to the Founder’s attention.

Take ownership of assigned tasks from planning to completion.

Business Reporting & Analysis

Prepare MIS, business reports and performance summaries.

Maintain Excel/Google Sheets for business data and tracking.





Prepare PowerPoint presentations and management reports.

Analyse basic sales, product, inventory and business data.

Documentation & Digital Work

Maintain company documents, records and business files.

Prepare Word documents, SOPs, formats and internal reports.

Assist with Amazon/Flipkart/Meesho product listings and backend work when required.

Handle other digital/business-support activities as required.

We are not looking for someone who only waits for instructions. We want someone who can understand the objective, make a plan, follow through and ensure that the work gets completed on time.
