Job Description

Kutty PSA Seafood Restaurant is hiring experienced chefs for our Ellis Nagar, Madurai location.

We are looking for skilled and dedicated chefs with expertise in the following cuisines:

- Seafood
- Continental
- South Indian
- Dosa Preparation

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook seafood, Continental, and South Indian dishes.
- Prepare dosa and other South Indian menu items, as applicable to the role.
- Maintain food quality, taste, presentation, and consistency.
- Ensure kitchen hygiene and food safety standards.
- Manage ingredients, kitchen inventory, and food wastage.
- Maintain cleanliness and discipline in the kitchen.

Candidate Requirements

- 4–15 years of relevant cooking experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management / Culinary Arts.
- Strong cooking skills in the respective cuisine.
- Knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety.
- Candidates currently residing in Madurai are preferred.
