Job Title: Passenger Vehicle Sales Consultant

Job Summary

A Passenger Vehicle Sales Consultant is responsible for selling passenger vehicles by understanding customer needs, providing product information, conducting test drives, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the sales process. The role focuses on achieving sales targets while building long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

· Welcome customers and understand their vehicle requirements.

· Explain vehicle features, specifications, variants, pricing, and benefits.

· Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.

· Generate sales leads through walk-ins, referrals, field visits, corporate tie-ups, and digital enquiries.

· Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

· Follow up with customers to convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.

· Assist customers with finance, insurance, exchange, registration, and documentation.

· Coordinate with the delivery team to ensure timely vehicle delivery.

· Maintain customer records and update the CRM system regularly.

· Build robust customer relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.





· Stay updated on new vehicle models, competitor offerings, and market trends.

· Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction before and after vehicle delivery.

Qualifications

· * Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

· * 1–3 years of experience in automobile sales (preferred).

· Freshers with good communication and sales skills may also apply.

Required Skills

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Strong negotiation and selling abilities.

· Customer-focused approach.

· Basic computer and CRM knowledge.

· Good presentation skills.

· Valid driving licence with the ability to conduct test drives.
