- Recruitment Executive – Talent Acquisition | HDB Financial ServicesManage end-to-end recruitment for sales and business support roles across multiple locations.
- Handle stakeholder management by coordinating with Business Heads, Branch Managers and HR teams to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
- Drive candidate sourcing through Naukri, Apna, LinkedIn, referrals and other recruitment channels.
- Manage campus placement drives by coordinating with colleges, placement cells and candidates.
- Develop and maintain NGO and external sourcing partnerships to generate a consistent candidate pipeline.
- Plan and coordinate walk-in interviews, job fairs and bulk hiring drives.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on role requirements and coordinate interview schedules.
- Follow up with selected candidates through the offer, documentation and joining process.
- Maintain recruitment MIS, sourcing data and daily/weekly hiring reports.
- Build robust relationships with external hiring partners, colleges and internal stakeholders to support continuous manpower requirements.
