Role: Technical Support Executive (Outbound)

Work Mode: Work From Office

Working Days: 6 days | Rotational Week off

Work Timings: 10 AM-7 PM

Location: Indore

We are looking for a ????????? ??????? ????????? to handle outbound calls with retailers, provide product information, and assist them with product-related technical queries and basic troubleshooting.

???? ???’?? ??:

* Make outbound calls to retailers and explain our products and solutions

* Share product pricing, MSPs, features, specifications, and other relevant details

* Understand and resolve product-related technical queries

* Provide basic troubleshooting guidance and product assistance

* Coordinate with internal Technical, Product, Sales and Support teams

* Follow up on pending queries and ensure timely resolution

* Maintain proper call, query and support records

* Valuable communication and problem-solving skills

* Basic technical knowledge

* Comfortable handling outbound calls with retailers

* Good understanding and ability to explain product information

* 6 Months to 1 Year of experience preferred
